Look Up!
My inspiration for this assignment is from an experience I have with my two younger siblings during our summers. When my siblings and I know of a meteor shower coming, we lay in the grass in our backyard and have deep and silly talks while keeping our eyes peeled for shooting stars to wish on. Being the oldest and noticing time ticking away, I cherish these memories with my younger siblings and wish for more blessed moments like these.

Similarly to thumbnailing, I ideate with loose sketching. When making an animation, I like to see what it would look like frame by frame to get to know the flow

The next step I take before rendering is my color coordination. Because I wanted a night scene and wanted to stick with blues or purples, I developed 3 color comps.
